What we collect
We keep this deliberately small:

Why we collect it
To understand which pages and services people are looking for, so we write about what actually helps, and to answer you when you get in touch. We do not sell your information to anybody, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles of you.
How long we keep it
Visit counts are kept in aggregate and carry nothing personal. Conversations and enquiries are kept while they are useful for serving you and our own records, and are removed when they no longer are.
Your choices
You can refuse optional cookies with the banner on this site and everything important will keep working, because our own visit counting needs no cookies. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it, and we will do that.
